Victor, a graduate of the University of California, Hastings Law School and UCLA, gained valuable experience as a judicial extern during law school. In his practice, he has served as outside counsel for public agencies and represented large corporations in litigation disputes. He has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and trials, authored papers, and conducted speaking engagements. As a dedicated professional, he is involved in various legal associations and has been honored as a California Super Lawyer. Above all, Victor values the relationships he has built with his clients.
